1. Dispatch Timeline
All Rasyn Care orders are freshly inspected and dispatched within 24 business hours from our central packaging and fulfillment facility. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery Estimates
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2 to 3 business days.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- North-East, J&K, and Remote Locations: 5 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
We offer Complimentary Express Shipping on all domestic orders valued at ₹999 or above. For orders below ₹999, a flat nominal handling fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.
4. Live Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing the courier name (BlueDart, Delhivery, or Express Courier) and your unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number. You can also view live tracking directly in your Rasyn Care customer account.
5. Safe Amber Packaging Guarantee
Our glass dropper bottles and ceramic jars are packaged in custom biodegradable protective cushioning to ensure pristine transit. In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
