Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Unopened Return Window

Due to the sterile and natural nature of Ayurvedic formulations and food items (such as raw honey and herbal powders), returns are accepted exclusively on items that are unopened, unused, with safety seal intact, and in their original outer packaging within 7 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item has been dispatched, please email clear photos of the outer box and product to rasyncare@gmail.com or WhatsApp / Call +91 94294 38915 within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a complimentary replacement immediately.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Debit or Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days following receipt and quality verification at our warehouse facility. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via direct NEFT / IMPS transfer.
